Fund Objective

The Developed Markets Bear 3X Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the price performance of the MSCI EAFE® Index. There is no guarantee the fund will meet its stated investment objective.

Target Index

The MSCI EAFE® Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure developed market equity performance, excluding the U.S. and Canada. As of September 30, 2007, the MSCI EAFE® Index consisted of the following 20 developed market country indices: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. One cannot directly invest in an Index.
