Fund Objective

The Emerging Markets Bear 3X ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the price performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets IndexSM. There is no guarantee the fund will meet its stated investment objective.

Target Index

The MSCI Emerging Markets IndexSM is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure equity market performance in the global emerging markets. As of June 2009 the Index consisted of the following 22 emerging market country indices: Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey. One cannot invest directly in an Index.
