Exchange trade funds are bought and sold on exchanges continually throughout each trading day. The transaction prices for shares are based on current market supply and demand and may be higher (premium) or lower (discount) than the net asset value per share of the fund. As such, shareholders may pay more than net asset value when purchasing Fund shares and receive less than net asset value when redeeming those shares. The Premium/Discount Tool illustrates the daily difference (premium or discount) between the market closing price and calculated net asset value per share of all Direxion Shares.
